OPERATING PROCEDURE

While Starting a site, First of all an audit of the building is done and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is prepared.
Based on the discussions with the client, the requirements are established.
Staffing, Material / Chemical & Equipment requirements are determined.
Introductory training according to the SOP is imparted.

STAFF SELECTIONS

Recruits belong to the same Industry.
Referred by existing staff.
Rigorous Initial Training before Deployment.
Probation period – six months.

SMS Facility Management uses the latest processes, Material, Chemicals and machines.
Our site Supervisor ensures that the employees carry on their chores with Honesty and Integrity.
Our operations team periodically makes periodic visit to the sites to ensure that the work is carried out according to the requirement and satisfaction of the client.

TRAINING

Staff undergoes rigorous training on Safety Precautions, Chemicals, equipment’s and Tools, Attire, Hygiene, Communication and Hospitality.
Technical support is provided by Diversely*.
In – House Trainers provide periodic training.
On – site trainers provided according to the specific needs of clients.
External trainers on SMS panel provide training as per specific requirement of our company.
